At Boston Scally Co., we want to ensure you get the perfect fit and style for your signature look. If your cap isn't exactly what you expected, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear gets back to us safely.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn items back in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
